The Project That Brought Championship in TEKNOFEST: “Warscope”
Merkutech team managed to come first in TEKNOFEST Champions League with the innovative web-based application called “Warscope”. This application, which transmits current war statistics around the world live on the map, aims to create social and situational awareness in its users. This project, prepared with the understanding of using technology for the benefit of humanity, has received great praise.

As MCT Technic, we are motivated to have a share in the success of young people with the support we provide to their innovation and technology projects. The Merkutech team had previously won first place in the 10th Innovation Competition organized by Başakşehir Living Lab and third place in the Technology for the Benefit of Humanity Social Innovation Category at Teknofest 2024. We continued our belief in these young talents and provided them with technical and financial support. Now, we are very honored to see the reward of this support with a gold medal received at a prestigious platform like TEKNOFEST.

The team, which received the championship cup from the hands of the Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır and one of the founders of TEKNOFEST, Selçuk Bayraktar, aims to undertake bigger projects with the prize money.
